The Buying Process Explained.

It starts with finding a local agent. We’ll hop on a call for a quick buyer consultation where we discuss your needs, the market, and address any questions you may have. I typically give my clients this high level overview of the process so they know what to expect, and recommend local lenders for their bank prequalification.

The bank prequal process is pretty quick and painless - you can generally be approved within 48 hrs. Once the wheels are in motion, we can start looking at properties!

The value of working with a buyers agent:

An agent does so much more than just finding houses to show you. We’re here inform you on areas and things to do, talk strategy on offers, negotiate with experience, connect you with local inspectors, contractors, and attorneys, coach you through the process, and essentially project manage your deal to the closing table. We’re even here after closing to help you find a local handyperson or property manager, or just to grab a beer or coffee :)

Best of all? The seller pays all commissions, so our services don’t cost you anything.

The buying process is complicated, nuanced, and daunting, so partner with an agent who will guide you to a winning bid and get you to the closing table (and someone you don’t mind spending a ton of time with).

There are many nuances, negotiating tactics, and hiccups that could arise at any point in this process. Every deal I learn something new - and so does every agent! It’s our job to manage the process and problem solve so you don’t have to.
